How can I have a product Returned? |

Buy Right Now gives customers the opportunity to return products for refund
within 30 days of the order date. Customers are responsible to notify us of any product defects or incomplete shipments
immediately upon receipt of the goods.
To return a product, e-mail Customer Support with the Order Number, Product SKU, reason for return, and if it is a replacement or a credit. A Return Authorization number
with return instructions will be sent out to you via e-mail.
You can receive a refund for any product if:
- the wrong product SKU was shipped, or
- the product shipped is defective in any way
If the product shipped is the correct product SKU and it was found in proper condition upon arrival, then you are still
welcome to return the product. However, requesting a credit for your order will be subject to a 15-30% restocking fee and
shipping costs will also not be reimbursed.
If you have received a different product SKU than what was initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
- All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
- Original packaging in new and unopened condition.
- Original invoice or receipt.
Once you receive the return authorization information you can return the product
according to the return information for a full refund less any restocking fees and shipping, depending on the return. | |

How can I calculate shipping fees? |

Buy Right Now has simplified the process of calculating shipping fees for customers’
convenience. The shipping fees are pre-determined so you will never have to wonder what you will be charged for. The following
is a list of pre-calculated shipping fees for reference:
Shipping Fees:
- Orders costing: $0 to $25 orders - $8.99 shipping
- $26 to $50 orders - $9.99 shipping
- $51 to $75 orders - $10.99 shipping
- $76 to $100 orders - $11.99 shipping
- $101 orders and over - $24.00

What carrier(s) do you use to ship my orders? |

With the exeptions for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, orders will either be shipped UPS
Ground, DHL Ground or FedEx Ground. These carriers are currently our only options for drop-shipping. Special orders or Oversized/Overweight
Orders may be shipped using a different carrier. You will find out if your order was shipped using a different carrier when
you recieve your tracking email. | |

Do you insure my orders? |

Yes, our suppliers insure your orders for the amount of the product itself. The carrier(s)
provide insurance for their packages. In the event they get damaged the carrier(s) will replace the products in the order
and reship them from the supplier. | |
